Méndez Arquitectos was born from a clear vision: to make every project a well-thought-out, well-coordinated, and well-executed process.
Leading the firm is Francisco Méndez Ruiz, architect, who oversees the technical side, design, planning, and supervision of every project.
From administrative management and business coordination, we support every process so that behind each project there is also order, follow-up, and attentive care for our clients.
We work on residential and institutional projects, integrating architecture, construction, and supervision to accompany every stage with a comprehensive vision.
Because a good project doesn't depend solely on what is built, but also on how everything that happens behind the scenes is managed.

Principal ArchitectArchitect, with an INCAE specialization in supply chain, and project management and site supervision experience. More than 20 years of experience in consulting, design, and construction.
Vanessa Torres
Administrative CoordinatorAdministrative Coordinator. Site Inspector. Decoration enthusiast. With experience in the real estate and financial sectors.
